Parking

The Parking service enables a developer to incorporate on-street parking in their app. The APIs allow searching, making payments and acquiring parking permits. We will soon be providing off-street or garage parking.

Parking test cases and coverage#

Our sandbox currently covers and replicates scenarios specific to the Netherlands. The sandbox is designed to simulate real-world conditions and allow developers to test various scenarios.

Supported Zones for Sandbox Testing#

  • The sandbox has extensive coverage limited to the Netherlands and is programmed to mirror the real-world conditions and scenarios within the country.

  • In the sandbox environment, using the 'Search by location' feature will show available parking zones. However, actual booking is not possible in the sandbox environment. Test cases can be performed based on specific zones found either through the location search or directly using the zone ID.

  • Zones 19991, 19992, 19993 These zones are utilized for testing critical aspects such as specifying an end time for parking, enforcing maximum parking duration, and handling parking interruptions.

  • Zones 19994, 19995: In these zones, we test the alert mechanisms for high starting rates.All test scenarios performed in these zones have resulted in successful outcomes, thereby demonstrating the robustness and adaptability of our system across a diverse range of conditions.
